Please inform me if this is your first ever massage so that I can give you all the ins and outs of what is going to happen, the basics of what to do, what to know, etc.
  • What if I am not well or have an emergency situation and cannot make it to my appointment?
Please cancel 24 hour in advance as this allows your cancellation spot to be filled. If you are cancelling within 24 hours of your appointment, I do not hold anyone finally responsible for a massage that didn’t take place because I understand emergencies come up. If it becomes a habit, however, I may not accept your business in the future if it seems this courtesy is being overused.
  • What if I’m sick and not sure if I should come it?
Please do not come in if you think there is even a possibility you are coming down with an illness. I, too, will not massage clients and will call out if I am sick or coming down with something. It is not worth the risk to either party in the current public health situation.
  • Is it ok to talk during a massage?
